As Head of Operations reporting directly to the CEO, you will formulate and lead Reflaunt's operational strategy and vision, co-leading with the executive team the scale up of Reflaunt's global operations.
Our business involves a complex logistical infrastructure deployed across several continents to serve our customers and support our operations.
We are looking for an experienced professional that has a proven track record in setting up and managing operations on an international scale, an analytical mind capable of taking on the tough challenge of improving the current operational infrastructure, managing the relationship with our logistical and operational partners and overseeing the operations of our business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 11 years working experience, including at least 3 years in startups.
- Proven success in setting up and managing operations on an international scale.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic leadership roles (ability to lead, engage and develop a team).
- Qualification in Engineering, Supply chain or Finance is preferable.
- Core functional expertise in procurement, logistics, supply chain systems.
- Wide breadth of understanding business processes and systems.
- Others: can translate business processes into systems requirements.
- Systems skills: Windows, Advanced Excel, other digital solutions for procurement.
