The Mills Fabrica is looking for the right candidate, with the energy and passion for driving positive action to nurture its community of partners and more specifically to lead “Fabrica Innovation Club” initiatives. Some of the key focus of the role:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnerships & Business Development:

  • Functions as The Mills Fabrica primary contact to manager and foster relationship with current and potential partners to ensure ongoing commitment and continued growth to maximize collaboration opportunities and build long term, mutually beneficial relationships

  • Develop solid relationship with existing partners to encourage participation and commitment to Fabrica Innovation Club initiatives

  • Develop and maintain an ambitious pipeline of potential corporate partners through systematic and ongoing prospecting activities; proactively pursue business networking opportunities and establish relationships with key business leaders

  • Effectively evaluate partnership prospects and design effective programmes based upon knowledge of their business and CSR / ESG / sustainability / innovation objectives, while also ensuring alignment with The Mills Fabrica vision and mission

• Strategy & Programme Design:

  • Support the development and implementation of Fabrica Innovation Club strategy and initiatives to attract and engage corporate partners to join Fabrica Innovation Club

  • Develop a strategy to ensure all relevant stakeholders are included, soliciting partnership across relevant channels (i.e. membership, sponsorship, employee engagement, events, marketing, promotion. etc.)

  • Design and lead on programming and initiatives for corporate club partners including working on research / analysis to develop content, coordination with startups / innovators on initiatives and project management for initiatives launched

• Project management & Delivery:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-organizational collaboration to ensure successful delivery of the partnership programmes

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective presentations and proposals for corporate partners

  • Drive revenue to achieve The Mills Fabrica’s revenue objectives

  • Proactively manager Fabrica Innovation Club initiatives including plan, coordinate and execute the implementation and follow up of meetings, events and projects defined by Fabrica innovation Club

  • Work closely together with The Mills Fabrica management and collaboratively with other departments to leverage The Mills Fabrica resources and network, and maximize Fabrica Innovation Club’s impact

  • Ensure accurate reporting of department performance

  • Act as a passionate ambassador for The Mills Fabrica in Line with our values, representing The Mills Fabrica positively across the organization and with external stakeholders
